Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. Why choose us? We’ve been through the certification process more than most companies, having been one of the very first companies to earn B Corp certification in 2008. VIANOVA founder Frank Scarpaci is a B Corp Ambassador, having completed a rigorous training program administered by B Lab. Frank has also been a leader in the B Corp movement since 2008, and has delivered talks focused on it for a variety of business associations, universities and conferences.
  2. Why certify now? There has been a dramatic shift in society’s expectations of the role of business in addressing today’s economic, social and environmental challenges. Now more than ever, people want to work for, buy from, partner with and invest in businesses they believe in.
  3. How much does the package cost? Your fee will depend on many factors, including the level of support needed from us, the size and geographic scope of your business, and the policies and practices you have in place. In most cases, we will be able to work with your budget. Please note that our fee does not include the cost of the certification itself.
  4. How much does it cost for the certification? The annual certification fee is based on your company’s annual sales. For more information on the annual fee structure, click here: B Corporation Certification.
  5. How long is the B Corp Certification valid? B Corps must re-certify every 3 years.
