  2. Can you help us find an offsite location for the planning meetings?  Yes, we are able to source a location for you for an additional fee.
  3. Do you provide the AV equipment and flip charts?  Typically no, however, if you need us to provide AV and/or flip charts, we can for an additional fee.
  4. How much does the package cost? Your fee will depend on many factors, including the level of support needed from us, the size and geographic scope of your organization. In most cases, we will be able to work with your budget.
  5. Does VIANOVA offer discounts? Yes. We offer discounts to B Corporations, Benefit Corporations, professional associations, and nonprofits.
  6. Do you accept credit cards? Yes, we accept all major credit cards. We offer a slight discount on invoices paid via ACH.
  7. Who do you typically work with?  We work exclusively with purpose- and mission-driven organizations.
  8. Do you work with companies outside Southern California?  Absolutely! We work with clients throughout the United States.
