If you’re an experienced facilitator looking for occasional, high-quality engagements without the demands of running your own practice — we’d like to hear from you. Our network is designed for professionals who want to stay active in facilitation work alongside other commitments — whether you’re semi-retired, transitioning careers, facilitating as part of a broader professional role, or simply prefer to focus on the craft rather than the business development. Our engagements range from half-day working sessions to multi-day strategic planning retreats for companies, nonprofits, associations, B Corps, healthcare organizations, and government agencies.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of professional facilitation experience
- A genuine commitment to the craft of facilitation — not just meeting management
- Experience leading groups of 10 to 200+ participants
- Comfort with in-person, virtual, or hybrid delivery
- Strong references from past facilitation clients
- Alignment with Vianova’s values and collaborative approach
- Interest in occasional, per-project facilitation work — not a full-time role or a platform to build your own practice

How It Works
Submit your profile — Complete our Facilitator Network application with your background, skills, and sample engagements. Takes about 15–20 minutes.
We review and connect — Our team reviews your profile within one to two weeks and, if there's a potential fit, schedules a brief introductory conversation.
Get matched to engagements — When a project matches your skills, location, and availability, we reach out with the opportunity. You're free to accept or decline.

Vianova's Facilitator Network is not a freelance marketplace, a competitor directory, or a platform for building an independent facilitation business. It's an extension of our team. When you facilitate through Vianova, you represent our standards, our approach, and our commitment to client outcomes. Proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies used during engagements remain Vianova's intellectual property.
This network is best suited for experienced facilitators who want to do great work on a flexible, per-project basis — not for professionals who are actively building or operating a competing facilitation practice.
