Pro Bono Services Program Overview
Vianova is pleased to announce its Pro Bono Services Grant Program, designed to help deserving nonprofits magnify their impact.
We believe business should be a force for good. As a certified B Corp, our business model has been designed so that regardless of the work we do, there is a community benefit. The cornerstone of our giving back model is our pro bono work – giving away our services to a purposeful organization. By helping wonderful organizations increase their impact, we can do our part to make the world a better place.
About the 2024 Grant Program
Vianova will provide up to a full day of our professional facilitation services in 2024. The meeting’s purpose can include any of the following:
- Annual planning Establish key priorities, strategies, and targets.
- Ideation or brainstorming Generate ideas and solutions to a particular challenge or challenges.
- Decision-making Explore options, build consensus, and arrive at a decision.
- Problem-solving Gather input and perspectives and brainstorm solutions.
- Focus Group Gather stakeholder perspectives, such as employees, volunteers, donors, etc.
- Purpose, Mission, Vision & Values Define your organization’s purpose, mission, vision and values.
A hybrid or virtual meeting option may be considered. The meeting date is subject to the facilitator’s availability.
Grant Priorities
Only organizations focused on one of these priorities will be considered:
- Environment/Climate Change
- Arts & Culture
- Social Enterprise
Qualifying Criteria
- This grant is available to 501(c)3 nonprofits only.
- Applicant organizations may not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, or disability in hiring practices or the provision of services.
- Religious, political organizations, or private foundations are not eligible.
Grantee’s Responsibilities
The grantee will be responsible for:
- Participation in meeting planning call(s) with the facilitator.
- Providing the facilitator will all relevant background information and materials.
- Full engagement and participation in the meeting.
- If applicable, facilitator travel expenses for in-person sessions outside San Diego County.
- All expenses associated with the meeting venue, AV, Wi-Fi, flip charts, and other materials.
- Ensuring all meeting participants bring a laptop or tablet during the session.
- Acknowledging of grant (e.g., on website, social media, etc.)
How to Apply
There will be two opportunities in 2023. If you believe your organization would benefit from this grant, please complete and submit your application no later than:
- April 1, 2024 (Environment/Climate Change)
- August 1, 2024 (Arts & Culture or Social Enterprise)
